WHO WE ARE
UnRig California is a statewide coalition of labor unions, community organizations, faith leaders, and everyday Californians.
We are multi-year California state campaign to shift our tax code and our economy toward shared prosperity, requiring corporations to:
- Pay what they owe in taxes (by closing loopholes written by corporate lobbyists) and;
- Contribute to the cost of the safety net programs that workers rely on because of poverty wages and poor benefits.

Our coalition is dedicated to closing the loopholes written by corporate lobbyists, holding low-road employers accountable, and building a tax code that rewards work, not wealth.
